People say, you can live thousand years in imagination. That’s true in some sense. “We become what we think.”
Our brain believes in what we tell to itself. If you imagine severe pain, your brain will take it as a pain. It’s a mystery that til now, we don’t know how most of the brain works. Maybe someday we will.
But, let’s think other way, if our neurone lets us exceed the limit of imagination, why most of us just seek for validation rather than creating our own perception? The reason is, our brain loves shortcuts, thinking is much harder and it’s easier for our brains to replicate other available ideas.
Those available ideas create the reality we have now. Now hold for a second, what if you rewrite the rules, you make your own perception, way to see things and your own belief system! Congratulations you have made your own world, a bended reality.
